Is an online course really going to help me not fail on my first storm?

While it’s true that many of the skills that independent adjusters need to have will require hands-on training and skills-building, time management is far less tangible. You only need to experience a storm deployment ONCE to know how critical being organized and prepared will be for you. I’ve done my best to lay it all out as clear as I can. Part of the course materials include real-world claims scenarios which will get you solid practice with policy and coverage analysis, scoping, estimating, and file completion. Practice makes perfect.

Why aren’t the time management lessons included in my adjuster bootcamp enough?

Many in-person and online adjuster training courses and bootcamps have a time management element to their training. However, only this training provides a detailed, focused, and comprehensive step-by-step implementation plan designed to teach you how to build an effective schedule that will grow with you. Most often, other training will include an hour or two that can be summed up in one sentence: “time management and organization is the most important thing.” And yet provide no real actionable steps on HOW to build a schedule. There simply is no comprehensive time management and scheduling training specifically tailored to independent property adjusters besides the Catastrophe Deployment Survival Training program.
